Extra Mature and Piquant Flavor. Imported Gouda from Holland. Aged 4 years. Strong sweet nutty taste. Extra long ripening time allows for noticable crystals. Pairs well with red wine. Great for salad, fine pasta, carpaccio and cheeseboards.
